I understand that neither Turtle Roll Homemade Ice Cream & Shaved Ice nor anyone associated with it will resume any responsibility for accidents, medical, dental or other expenses incurred as a result of accidents or injuries sustained during participation of the activity. I release and hold harmless Turtle Roll from any liability for injuries or damages sustained by the individual.
And an option to sign as a parent or guardian if the contestant is under 18.
